Relax on 350 acres of landscaped gardens, ancient woodlands, and lush countryside at this 800-year-old medieval and Victorian castle. Take a walk through lush forestry with your own falcon as you release and catch while learning raptor hunting, feeding and training.

DAY 6
Enjoy the scenery as you drive from County Galway across the famed Burren with its drastic landscape. Stop at the Black Head Lighthouse at the “end of the world” and the tiny town of Doolin for lunch before marveling at the legendary Cliffs of Moher. Continue on to Ennis to enjoy an evening of Irish trad (traditional folk music) played by locals who gather in the pubs as evening falls.

Spend the last day taking a scenic drive through the Wicklow Mountains, stopping to relax next to waterfalls and expansive views. Take a stroll through the monastic site of Glendalough, once inhabited by Saint Kevin, a reclusive monk fabled to have talked to the animals of the stunning valley. Rest at the Tudor Lodge, a throwback to Shakespearian times with quaint garden grounds and romantic rooms.
